TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL LITTLE NOMADS COMPETITION ENTRIES:

1. Entry is open to Australian and residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ form part of these conditions of entry. To enter Tell us in 25 words or less where you would take the Wiggles on your next family holiday and why. The most interesting and creative answers will win.3. This competition is only open to members of Little Nomads. If you are not a member of Little Nomads, please become a member by clicking on “Join Us” before entering the competition.

4. Enter as often as you wish. There is a limit of one prize per member. No responsibility is accepted for late entries.

5. The competition commences on the 11 March 2010 at 9am. Entries close on the 11th April 2010 at 11.59pm.

6. Judging will take place at 9am on the 13th April 2010 at 51 Whistler St, Manly NSW 2095.

7. This is a competition of merit. The best entry will win. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The prize consists of 5 DVDs valued at $24.99 each. Total prize pool worth $124.95. The value of this prize is correct as at time of printing.

9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be sold or be redeemed for cash. Any change in value of the prize occurring between competition date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters. 10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize.

11. The Promoter has the right to alter the terms of the competition at its discretion, throughout the duration of the competition.
